Cell. +39 3408279065<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-12 mb30\">\n<h4 class=\"submaintitle\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/h4>\n<p>A deposit of 30% is required at time of booking and the remaining balance 4 weeks before arrival (payment schedules differ for weddings and large groups).<\/p>\n<p>In the event of cancellation before total balance has been paid, deposit payment will be reimbursed only if the property is rebooked.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of cancellation after full payment has been made, no refund will be given.<\/p>\n<p>We strongly encourage guests to take out some form of travel insurance.<\/p>\n<p>Bookings are generally taken on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday during high season (July-August). For the rest of the year there is a minimum stay of 3 nights. Please contact our reception desk if you have requests that fall outside of these conditions by emailing <a href=\"mailto:info@montestigliano.it\">info@montestigliano.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Prices include linen, towels and pool towels (one per person) during the swimming season, with a weekly change of laundry for bookings of more than 7 days, and a final clean.<\/p>\n<p>Heating is included in the rental cost as is Wi-Fi, available in all properties and communal areas including swimming pools.<\/p>\n<p>Small or medium sized pets are allowed upon request.<\/p>\n<p>Smoking is prohibited inside all properties.<\/p>\n<p>Extra beds are available on request at a cost of \u20ac50 per night, paid directly at reception.<\/p>\n<p>Baby cots are available on request at a cost of \u20ac50 per week, paid directly at reception.<\/p>\n<p>We can organise private breakfasts, pizza evenings, BBQs and Typical Tuscan dinners on request for groups.<\/p>\n<p>The swimming pools are open between the 01\/06 &#8211; 31\/9, however these dates may vary depending on weather conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The properties must be treated with care and respect and left in a normal state of cleanliness. All rubbish must be left tidy and sorted into the separate recycling bins provided before departure.<\/p>\n<p>All guests are requested to preauthorize a security deposit payment of \u20ac500 by credit card on arrival, which will be held until check-out and only used in the case of damage, unpaid bills or compensation for extra cleaning.<\/p>\n<p>Guest check-in is between 17-20 and check-out before 10 in the morning on the day of departure.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of early or late arrivals, please inform reception in advance, our office hours are 9.30-18.30.
